What Is Buy-To-Let?

Buy-to-let (BTL) involves buying a property to rent out long-term. It allows you to earn rental income and benefit from property value appreciation. BTL properties typically require a 25% deposit, with the remaining 75% financed through a mortgage. This is a medium- to long-term investment strategy.

BTL properties, (residental houses or apartments) typically require a minimum deposit of 25%.

75% Finance
